All artwork must be delivered to Swavesey Village College on Thursday 11th October between 4.30pm and 7pm and at no other time.

All unsold work must be collected on Sunday 14^th October between 4.15 – 5.30pm and not before.

We have worked hard to make the booking-in system as smooth as possible so please be patient if you have to wait a short while to deliver or collect your works.

Exhibition preview & prize-giving will be held on the evening of Friday 12th October 6.30pm – 9pm

The exhibition will be opened by Jeremy Newsum, DL. This year’s judges for the Cambridge Art Awards are Jane Wilson, Culture and Community Manager, Cambridge City Council, Jo Tunmer, Visual Artist, and Loukas Morley, Artist and Designer.  The Top 20 artists will go forward to the Top 20 Exhibition at Storeys Field Centre, Eddington from 30th November to 14th December 2018. 

Best in Show Prize £ 300 and 3 x Runner-up Prizes of £100 HMC Framing Vouchers each.  “Win a Picture” draw for visitors, eligible for artwork up to the value of £150.

Exhibition continues:

Saturday 13th October 10am – 5pm. Sunday 14th October 10am-4pm

Selling of artworks:  A sales desk staffed by volunteers throughout the duration of the exhibition will handle all artwork sales, issue invoices and take payments. Sold artwork is collected by the buyer on Sunday 4-6pm and all payments to artists are processed within one month.
